Early last year, Beats announced it would be renovating an abandoned warehouse in Southern California to become its newest office. Located in Culver City, just minutes from Los Angeles, the area purchased measures in at a whopping 105,000 square feet and reportedly sold for upwards of $20 million.

It also includes two massive employee parking lots.

Beats says that the recent acquisition of the company by Apple won’t change how the office is used and distort the original the plans Beats had for it.
